We all have to have working definitions of the terms we use. For the purposes of omnidity, a horn band is band that uses horns as a key compopnent of their sound, the easy way to check the definition, is by asking yourself a couple questions: Did they record with horns featured prominently on most tracks? What does it mean? Not really a style category, it is more of a catch all for music that reflects a different world view and a different musical aesthetic than that embraced in Western pop culture.
